_ Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably seen super fashionable women rocking beautiful black and white Nike’s for quite some time. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of running shoes outside of the gym. I wear knee high boots in the fall, my trusty North Face boots for my Canadian winters, flats in the spring, and Birkenstocks whenever possible. What can I say? I’m a predictable gal and I keep it simple.
Yet, somehow as I scroll through Pintrest procrastinating my time away, I’ve found myself lusting after running shoes for fashion. I don’t know how it happened, but it did. After searching around I realized that most women were rocking the Nike Roshe One’s:
So on a lazy Sunday off I went to Designer Shoe Warehouse, thinking I’d pick me up a pair of these bad boys and be done with it. But when I got there, I fell in love with the Nike Flex Trainer 6 instead.
I decided to go with these ones mostly because I wanted a shoe that I felt comfortable using both for cardio and for fashion. As someone who doesn’t regularly wear running shoes for fashion, I wanted to get more bang for my buck by having a shoe that could make it’s way into my gym rotation easily.
But I must say, I LOVE these shoes styled. Today I was rocking an older pair of green American Eagle cargo jeggings, and I was just feeling myself.
Overall these shoes are a safe bet if you’re looking for a stylish, but comfy shoe that will bring trendy vibes to your outfits! Whether it’s to feel confident and strong at the gym, or Insta worthy on the street, I’m sure that these shoes will fit the bill!
